Riga is the capital of Latvia (the part of European Union), near the Baltic sea. Latvia stands to be the geographical centre of Europe, at the same time being at East border of the European Union. Latvia is important transport and transit hub, because it has three big ice-free ports developed railway network and logistics infrastructure. Riga has the most important transit airport of all the Baltic states.
Latvia stands at crossroads between Western Europe, Northen Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia. There is a dirrect air, bus, railway and ferry traffic from Riga to all the capitals of Europe.
Latvia is not overpeopled, it has low crime level. According to international expert`s research, Latvia has one of the lowest chances to get any terrorist act. In the last 20 years (08.08.2016) Latvia did not have any one terorist act.
Latvia practically does not have any racism or xenophobia. All European legislations are at power at here, as well as human rights and freedom. Latvia has a very qualitative and, according to the average of Europe, not expensive higher education and medical service. At the time Latvia is has depopulation, and that gives a reason why here are relatively low prices of the Real Estate.
